Ayelet was born in Israel to a close-knit family. At age 11, her family decided to move to the United States, more specifically the San Fernando Valley. Ayelet’s sense of family and community was already evident even at a young age.
When the 1994 earthquake hit Northridge, Ayelet and her family moved back to Israel. While there, not skipping a beat, she started a business as a children’s party planner, complete with entertainment for birthday parties. This would impress even the harshest critic that a sixteen-year-old girl would be that business savvy — for Ayelet, this was just who she was.
The real estate industry isn’t just about selling houses for Ayelet — it is about establishing a sense of community. She has an uncanny ability to empathize and understand the wants and needs of families, even if it’s just a young couple starting out their lives.
In addition to her real estate business, Ayelet has been serving as Sales & Marketing Director at New Technology Networks, Inc., an information technology company founded by her husband, Neal. Together they have made it into the successfully run business it is today.
Ayelet is happily married and has three sons, two dogs, and lives in Tarzana. She is also very involved in her sons’ competitive soccer club.

During his personal time, Walt works on his philanthropic project. He is the founder of a community resource project named FC DYNAMO SFV, a local non-profit that utilizes soccer as a vehicle to provide opportunities and assistance to many underserved and underprivileged youth from the San Fernando Valley. Walt’s vision and objective remains the same since he started the project in 2015, to assist kids who simply need a chance to breakthrough and develop into positive members of their communities–regardless of their socio-economic status or background. Walt’s philanthropy work also extends to children South of the California border as he often collects soccer gear donations for children in El Salvador.
